Each week, you’ll receive two new guided audio practices - one for the morning and one for the evening- to help you build a consistent daily rhythm over the 3 weeks. Studies show that repeating breath-based practices regularly can rewire neural pathways linked to stress and focus, improving emotional regulation and nervous system balance over time.

Weekly reflection prompts and integration practices
